Mount Fitz Roy 2 Day Hike

Day 1: El Chaltén - Poincenot

We'll meet at the designated time at Avenida San Martín in El Chaltén, where you'll board a minibus to El Pilar, starting a self-guided trekking route through Mount Fitz Roy. You'll walk for about an hour to the Piedras Blancas Glacier viewpoint for scenic views. Continuing towards the Río Blanco river, you'll head up to the Laguna de los Tres, reaching this destination after approximately two hours of climbing. After a break, proceed to the campsite for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Poincenot - El Chaltén

You will have breakfast at the base camp to prepare for the return journey. Afterward, you'll begin your return to El Chaltén, with arrival scheduled for 5 pm.

Accommodation

This hike includes 1 night's accommodation in double tents at Poincenot Camp, with dinner on the first day and breakfast on the second. An option for lunch is also available, providing meals for both days of the hike.

Not-Included Tickets

This activity does not include admission to the northern area of Los Glaciares National Park in El Chaltén. Instructions for purchasing these tickets will be included in your voucher.
