Day 1: El Chaltén - Mount Fitz Roy

Starting your journey from El Chaltén, you will navigate the trail toward Laguna de los Tres. The pathway will lead you through lush native forests, panoramic viewpoints, and impressive hanging glaciers that promise a breathtaking experience.

Your hike will accompany the course of the Blanco River, guiding you to the Piedras Blancas glacier viewpoint, an excellent spot to appreciate the stunning vistas. Ultimately, you will reach Fitz Camp, where your check-in awaits.

Your tents will be pre-set and outfitted with sleeping mats, sleeping bags, and pillows for your comfort. After a refreshing break, you can enjoy dinner at the base camp before spending the night. Well done, you've completed the first segment of the trek!

Day 2: Mount Fitz Roy - El Chaltén

Before daybreak, join us in the dining area of the camp for a sustaining breakfast to prepare for the day. Following your meal, we will share details for the final ascent toward Laguna de los Tres, ensuring you arrive at this captivating location just as the sun rises. The efforts invested will undoubtedly yield incredible rewards!

Here, you will experience magnificent panoramic views of Mount Fitz Roy and the icy lagoons. With your camera filled with unforgettable images, you'll return to base camp for departure.

As your journey through the heart of Argentine Patagonia comes to an end, we will provide you with directions for your return to El Chaltén. Until next time, fellow explorers!

Accommodation

This trek encompasses one night's lodging in double tents at Fitz Camp. Dinner will be provided on the first night, along with breakfast the following morning.

Please be advised that lunch for the hiking days is not covered in the activity cost. If you wish to include lunch, there is an additional fee of 25USD per person, per day.

Not-Included Tickets

Admission to the northern section of Los Glaciares National Park in El Chaltén is not included in this experience. Instructions for ticket purchasing will be available on your voucher.
