Description
Join us at the Plaza de Toros de El Puerto de Santa María. We'll begin by strolling along the Guadalete River's banks, discussing its crucial role in the trade between Spain and the New World. We will admire El Puerto de Santa Maria's iconic sites, including the old pier and fish market, while exploring historical ducal and royal customs.
Next, we'll visit the Iglesia Mayor Prioral in Plaza de España, built during the dukes of Medinaceli's peak, similar to other grand structures in the area.
Finally, we'll enter the Aranibar Palace, the oldest house of shippers to the Indies preserved in El Puerto.
After two hours of exploring this aspect of Spanish history, our journey will conclude back at the starting point.
