Upon arrival at the scheduled time, you will meet at the Monje Winery, a celebrated establishment in Northern Tenerife. As we step into the winery, the exploration of the vineyards begins, diving into the intricacies of crafting the ideal glass of wine.

Enjoy a captivating 45-minute tour that unveils the various aspects of the winery, which was established in 1956. The experience includes a visit to the barrel room, insights into the diverse grape varieties cultivated in the vineyards, and stories about the Monje family’s history. On clear days, you may even be treated to stunning vistas of El Teide and the Atlantic Ocean.

Following the tour, we will proceed to a tasting area to indulge in a curated selection of Canarian wines and cheeses. As you sample the different offerings, we will guide you in identifying the unique notes and aromas of each wine, which are crafted from grapes cultivated in volcanic soil—a true Canarian specialty.

The tasting experience comprises four types of wine: one white and three reds. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to savor varieties of white cheese, including fresh, smoked, semi-cured, and cured options from Tenerife, La Palma, Fuerteventura, and Gran Canaria.

After 1 hour and 30 minutes of exploration and tasting, we will wrap up the experience outside the winery, bidding farewell.
