At your designated time, we will gather at the Casa del Vino. This destination stands as one of the premier locations for wine tourism in northern Tenerife and exemplifies 17th-century Canarian architecture. On a clear day, you may even catch a glimpse of Mount Teide!

As you wander through the main courtyard, you will arrive at the tasting room, where your wine tasting session will begin. You will delve into the world of wines from Tenerife, exploring their distinct flavors and aromas, while discovering how to pair them with a variety of traditional tapas.

After an enriching 2-hour session, we will part ways. Should you wish, you are free to continue your exploration of the mansion at your leisure. You might enjoy a stroll through the vineyard garden to learn about the different grape varieties cultivated on the estate and visit the Wine Museum, which offers deeper insights into the heritage of Tenerife's wine industry.

While reserving your spot, you will have the choice among the following tasting menus:

3 wines and 3 tapas dishes: Featuring a glass of red, a glass of white, and a glass of rosé, accompanied by four wedges of cheese with toasted bread, almogrote, and Tenerife honey.4 wines and 5 tapas dishes: Includes a glass of red, a glass of white, a glass of rosé, and a sweet Malvasia. For lunch, enjoy four cheese wedges with toasted bread, Tenerife honey, roasted leg, vegetable pâté, and almogrote.5 wines and 7 tapas dishes: This option offers the same varietals from the previous menu, plus a glass of sparkling wine. The lunch selection features four cheese wedges with bread, Tenerife honey, roasted leg, almogrote, extra virgin olive oil from the island, vegetable pâté, and traditional pastries.
