At the Zuiderzee Museum in Enkhuizen, discover the crafts and traditions of the Netherlands at the beginning of the 20th century. The museum is an open-air facility featuring 140 houses, shops, and buildings dedicated to crafts such as candle making, basket making, and rope making. Guests can witness the functioning of a traditional Dutch mill and taste smoked herring produced in a typical fish factory.

As you stroll through the reconstructed village, you will see individuals in historical costumes, complete with clogs, and children engaging in old Dutch games, evoking a sense of traveling back in time.
