At the indicated time we'll meet at the Monumental Flag in the port of Ensenada to start this gastronomic bike tour through Baja California. After putting on helmets, we'll provide instructions on safe riding and begin the tour.

Our first stop will be at the classic taco stand Ramses, where you can enjoy delicious tacos and refresh with natural lemon water with mint.

Next, we'll visit a location known for its Michoacán-style carnitas tacos. Here, you can try the specialty pulled pork called carnitas macizas with pressed pork chicharrón.

Afterwards, we'll head to one of the best taco places in Ensenada, famous for its shrimp or fish tacos with exceptional flavor.

If you're still hungry, our last stop will be at a stall offering brown or white clam tostadas, a real delicacy.

To conclude, we'll visit a beautiful square where you can relax and enjoy a speciality coffee. Options include an espresso, a dirty chai (chai latte with a shot of espresso), or a latte.
