Ensenada Wine & Cheese Tasting

We'll pick you up from your hotel at the designated time and head to Valle de Ojos Negros until we reach Cava de Marcelo.

We will start our activity at the highest winery in Baja California, Infinito Winery, located at 1,640 feet (500 metres) above sea level. Here, you can tour the facilities, explore the vineyard, and taste some wine.

Following this, we will head to our next stop, enjoying remarkable views along the way. Cava Marcelo is the main producer of artisan cheese in Baja California, with over 100 years in operation. We will learn more about the business during our visit.

During our time at Cava Marcelo, we will partake in a cheese tasting accompanied by wine, both produced on-site. We will sample various types of famous Ramonetti cheeses and learn to distinguish the subtle flavors of these products.

After the tasting, we will visit the ranch's restaurant, La Casa Marcelo, where you can enjoy a lunch featuring organic products from Valle de Ojos Negros and Guadalupe. This is a unique food experience.

The tour will conclude with a return to your hotel after 7 hours of activity.
