Ensenada Wine & Cheese Tasting

We'll pick you up from your hotel at the indicated time and head to Valle de Ojos Negros until we reach Cava de Marcelo.

Our activity starts at the most elevated winery in Baja California, Infinito Winery, located at 1,640 feet (500 meters) above sea level. You will tour the facilities, explore the vineyard, and taste some wine on your own.

Next, you will enjoy incredible views of the rural landscape and the deep green tones of the vineyards and meadows with grazing dairy cows. Cava Marcelo, the main producer of artisan cheese in Baja California, has been active for over 100 years.

During the visit, we'll stop in one of the dining areas to enjoy a delicious cheese tasting complemented by great wine, both produced on-site. You'll sample various types of famous Ramonetti cheeses and learn to differentiate between the delicate flavors.

After the tasting, we’ll visit the ranch's restaurant, La Casa Marcelo, for lunch featuring organic products from Valle de Ojos Negros and Guadalupe. Enjoy this unique food experience!

The tour will conclude with your return to the hotel after 7 hours of activity.
