Ensenada Wine & Cheese Tasting

We'll pick you up from your hotel at the indicated time and head to Valle de Ojos Negros until we reach Cava de Marcelo.

To kick off our activity, we'll visit Infinito Winery, located at an elevation of 1,640 feet (500 metres) above sea level. Here, you'll tour the facilities, explore the vineyard, and taste wine independently.

Afterwards, we will admire the views en route to Cava Marcelo, the main producer of artisan cheese in Baja California, which has been operating for over 100 years. During this visit, we will learn about the business as we explore its installations.

We will stop in one of the dining areas for a cheese tasting paired with their wine, sampling various types of famous Ramonetti cheeses while learning to distinguish the delicate flavors of both products.

Following the tasting, we will head to the ranch's restaurant, La Casa Marcelo, to enjoy a lunch featuring organic products from Valle de Ojos Negros and Guadalupe. This is a unique food experience.

The tour concludes with a return to your hotel after 7 hours of activity.
