Ensenada Wine & Cheese Tasting

We'll pick you up from your hotel at the indicated time and head to Valle de Ojos Negros until we reach Cava de Marcelo.

Our activity begins at the Infinito Winery, the highest winery in Baja California at 1,640 feet (500 metres) above sea level. Here, you'll tour the facilities, explore the vineyard, and taste some wine independently.

Next, we'll continue to Cava Marcelo while enjoying stunning views of the rural landscape where the deep green vineyards blend with meadows of grazing dairy cows. Cava Marcelo is the main producer of artisan cheese in Baja California and has been operating for over 100 years. During our visit, we'll learn more about its operations.

In a dining area, we'll enjoy a cheese tasting paired with wine, both produced on-site. You will sample various Ramonetti cheeses and learn to differentiate their nuances.

After the tasting, we’ll visit La Casa Marcelo restaurant at the ranch for lunch featuring organic products from Valle de Ojos Negros and Guadalupe.

The tour will conclude with your return to the hotel after a total of 7 hours of activity.
