Ensenada Wine & Cheese Tasting

We'll pick you up from your hotel at the time indicated and head to Valle de Ojos Negros until we reach Cava de Marcelo.

Our activity begins at the most elevated winery in Baja California, Infinito Winery, located at 1,640 feet (500 metres) above sea level. You will tour the facilities, explore the vineyard, and taste some wine on your own.

Afterwards, we will continue to admire the incredible views while transitioning to Cava Marcelo, known as the main producer of artisan cheese in Baja California. This business has been active for over 100 years. During our visit, we will learn more about its operations.

We will stop in one of the dining areas to enjoy a cheese tasting paired with great wine, both produced internally. You'll sample various types of famous Ramonetti cheeses and learn to differentiate the delicate tones of the wines and cheeses.

After the tasting, we will visit La Casa Marcelo, the ranch restaurant, to enjoy a lunch featuring organic products from Valle de Ojos Negros and Guadalupe. This experience is not to be missed!

The tour concludes with a return to your hotel after 7 hours of activity.
