We'll meet at the Monumental Flag at the Port of Ensenada to proceed to an open-air venue where we will explore mezcal and tequila, Mexico's renowned beverages.

The experience begins with a tasting of three mezcals of the espadín variety. You will discover their various flavours and aromatic subtleties and the unique characteristics that define them.

Next, we will taste three types of tequila: blanco, añejo, and reposado. An expert will guide you through the differences and characteristic flavours of each type.

To enhance this sensory experience in Ensenada, we will enjoy a ceviche prepared on the spot. The freshness of the ingredients will complement the flavours of the mezcal and tequila.

The activity lasts between 2 and 2.5 hours, allowing you to differentiate between mezcal and tequila and appreciate the story behind each bottle!
