Description
We'll meet at the Monumental Flag at the Port of Ensenada and proceed to a pleasant open-air location to delve into the world of mezcal and tequila, Mexico's renowned spirits.
The experience begins with a tasting of three mezcals of the espadín variety, where you'll discover their various flavours and aromatic subtleties along with unique characteristics.
Following this, we will taste three types of tequila: blanco, añejo, and reposado. You'll learn about the distinctions between them and savor their distinctive flavours. An expert will guide you through each variety, emphasizing their details.
This sensory experience in Ensenada will also feature a ceviche prepared on the spot, enhancing the flavours of the mezcal and tequila.
The activity lasts between 2 and 2.5 hours, after which you'll be able to differentiate between mezcal and tequila and understand the story behind each bottle!
