The journey begins at the Monumental Flag located at the Port of Ensenada, from where we will head to a scenic outdoor spot to delve into the intriguing realm of mezcal and tequila, the renowned drinks of Mexico.

Our adventure kicks off with a sampling of three different mezcals made from espadín. You will uncover their diverse flavors and aromatic notes, along with the distinct qualities that make each one special.

Following this, we will explore three varieties of tequila: blanco, añejo, and reposado. Here, you'll gain insight into their differences and savor their unique profiles, guided by an expert who will illuminate the subtle features of each type.

Enhancing this sensory journey in Ensenada, we will relish a delectable ceviche, freshly made on-site. The vibrant, fresh ingredients will beautifully elevate the flavors of both mezcal and tequila.
