We'll meet at the Monumental Flag at the Port of Ensenada and head to an open-air location to delve into the world of mezcal and tequila, Mexico's renowned beverages.

The experience begins with a tasting of three mezcals of the espadín variety, where you'll discover their distinct flavours and aromatic qualities.

Next, we'll taste three types of tequila: blanco, añejo, and reposado. An expert will guide you through each type, explaining their differences and unique flavours.

To enhance this sensory experience in Ensenada, we will enjoy a fresh ceviche prepared on the spot, highlighting the flavours of the mezcal and tequila.

At the end of the activity, lasting between 2 and 2.5 hours, you will be able to distinguish between mezcal and tequila and appreciate the stories behind each bottle!
