Description
We'll meet at the Monumental Flag at the Port of Ensenada and proceed to an open-air venue to delve into the world of mezcal and tequila, Mexico's prominent beverages.
The experience begins with a tasting of three espadín mezcals, where you will explore their distinct flavours and aromatic subtleties that make each unique.
Following this, we will taste three types of tequila: blanco, añejo, and reposado. An expert will guide you through the differences and characteristic flavours of each variety.
To enhance this sensory experience, we will enjoy a ceviche prepared on the spot, with fresh ingredients that complement the mezcal and tequila.
At the conclusion of the activity, which lasts between 2 and 2.5 hours, you will understand the differences between mezcal and tequila and appreciate the story behind each bottle!
