We will meet at the Monumental Flag at the Port of Ensenada and proceed to an outdoor venue to delve into the world of mezcal and tequila, Mexico's renowned beverages.

The experience begins with a tasting of three mezcals of the espadín variety. Participants will explore their distinct flavours and aromatic subtleties.

Next, we will taste three types of tequila: blanco, añejo, and reposado. An expert will guide you through each variety, explaining the differences and characteristic flavours.

To enhance this sensory experience in Ensenada, we will enjoy a ceviche prepared on the spot, complementing the mezcal and tequila flavours.

The entire activity lasts between 2 and 2.5 hours, allowing you to distinguish between mezcal and tequila and appreciate the stories behind each bottle.
