Herculaneum Guided Tour

At the indicated time we'll meet at the ticket office of the archaeological site of Herculaneum. After handing out tickets, we'll enter together to begin the visit to this ancient Roman city that was buried by the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD.

On this guided tour of Herculaneum, we'll discover what life was like in this city during the Ancient Roman Empire while admiring preserved buildings. We'll see houses, temples, baths, taverns and more than 300 skeletons of eruption victims.

In addition to the buildings, you'll notice the large number of colorful frescoes decorating the walls. We'll visit the seat of the Augustan Priests, the Forum, a bakery and the incredible mosaic of the house of Neptune and Amphitrite.

After a two-hour visit, we'll say goodbye near the exit of the archaeological park of Herculaneum. You can continue visiting the ruins on your own if you wish.
