Beginners Scuba Diving in Port d'Addaia

Meet at the dive centre located in the commercial zone of Port d'Addaia. The activity begins with a briefing on the basics of scuba diving and equipment familiarization.

After the lesson, participants are provided with a wetsuit, booties, mask, and fins before heading to the port for a boat ride to the diving area off northern Menorca.

Once equipped, dive to a maximum depth of 12 metres. Participants will learn to breathe through a regulator, becoming comfortable in the water.

Explore the sea surrounding Menorca for approximately 45 minutes, depending on oxygen consumption. Look for marine wildlife such as groupers and mullets in seagrass fields.

Following the dive, return to the dive centre in Port d'Addaia, completing the activity 2.5 hours after it begins.

Important

After the last dive, you must wait at least 12 hours before boarding a plane or going to high altitude areas.

Note that there may be days when the activity occurs onshore, depending on tides.
