We'll meet at your chosen time at Praia Ofir beach in Esposende, where you will receive all necessary equipment for your surf lesson.

On the beach, you will have an hour of theory class to practice how to stand up and balance on the board. The instructor will provide support regardless of your skill level or experience with this sport.

Then, it will be time to ride some real waves! We will enter the Atlantic to apply everything learned during the class. The instructor will be with you at all times to assist in perfecting your technique in the water.

At the end of the activity, we will return to the starting point to return the equipment.
