We'll meet at the time of your choice at Praia Ofir beach in Esposende, where we'll provide all the necessary equipment for your surf lesson.

On the beach, you'll have an hour of theory class, practicing how to stand up and balance on the board. Regardless of your skill level, the instructor will offer support to ensure you enjoy the class.

After theory, it will be time to ride some real waves. We'll enter the Atlantic and apply what we have learned. The instructor will assist you throughout to help you perfect your technique in the water.

At the end of the activity, we will return to the starting point to return the equipment.
