We'll meet at the time of your choice at Praia Ofir beach in Esposende, where we'll provide all the necessary equipment for your surf lesson.

On the beach, you'll have an hour of theory class to practice standing up and balancing on the board. The instructor will support you regardless of your level or experience to ensure you enjoy the class fully.

Then it's time to ride some real waves! We'll enter the Atlantic to apply what we've learned. The instructor will be present throughout to assist you in perfecting your technique in the water.

At the end of the activity, we'll return to the starting point to hand back the equipment.
