Corcovado River Rafting
Reservations can be made for either a 13-kilometer (8-mile) or a 22-kilometer (14-mile) rafting route. An English-speaking instructor, necessary equipment, and a snack or picnic lunch are included in both options.
Half-day rafting (3-4.5 hours)
We will start from the base camp, traveling to the river for a safety introduction before starting the rafting activity. This route covers 13 km (8 mi) in approximately 2 hours, facing class II and III rapids in the Andes Mountains. The activity concludes at a cement bridge over the river, where hot drinks, sponge cakes, and typical sweets ("facturas") are provided before returning to the base camp.
Departure times: 10 am and 2 pm
Full-day rafting (6-7.5 hours)
This option also starts at the base camp, proceeding to the Río Hielo area for the longest descent in Argentina. We will raft for 4 hours on a 22-kilometer (14-mile) route with class III and IV rapids. A picnic lunch is provided halfway through, including a steak sandwich, piece of fruit, sweet, and a bottle of water. After lunch, we continue to the Carreleufú footbridge, then return to the base camp.

If no pickup is chosen, meet at the scheduled time at the rafting center of Camping Sol y Luna (Route 17).
