Cordoba Day Trip Itinerary

Depart from Estepona in the morning for a bus journey of approximately two and a half hours to Cordoba, enjoying views of the Andalusian countryside. Your adventure begins with a guided walking tour of Cordoba's historic centre, exploring its history starting from Ancient Rome, including the famous stone bridge over the Guadalquivir River, recognized as a filming location for Game of Thrones.

Next, visit the Jewish Quarter, characterized by narrow streets and whitewashed houses. Here, you will see the Medieval Synagogue, one of the best-preserved in Spain, and the famous "Cordoba patios" adorned with vibrant flowers.

The tour includes a visit to the Mosque-Cathedral, also known as the Mezquita of Cordoba. This significant structure features impressive architectural elements, allowing visitors to understand the history of Islamic Spain and the city's importance.

After the Mezquita tour, you will have approximately one hour of free time for lunch or further exploration of Cordoba's city centre before returning to Estepona.
