On this excursion to Granada from Estepona, you'll journey back in time to the era of Al-Andalus with a guided tour of the Alhambra, a key monument of the Nasrid dynasty.

Granada Excursion

At 5:40 am, we will pick you up at the bus stop on Avenida Litora in Estepona and travel to Granada, the former capital of the Nasrid Kingdom. Following several pickups from other locations on the Costa del Sol, we will arrive in Granada to begin our visit at the Palace of Charles V, constructed in the 16th century.

The tour includes a visit to the Nasrid Palaces of the Alhambra, featuring the Comares Palace and the Palace of the Lions, renowned for its fountain. You will learn about the Andalusian architecture of this World Heritage Site. The Alhambra tour also includes the Generalife gardens, noted for their aromatic and colorful flowerbeds.

After the Alhambra visit, we will go to the center of Granada for a walking tour of its main monuments. Following this guided tour, you will have two hours of free time for lunch and to explore the historic center, including the Royal Chapel, the burial site of the Catholic Monarchs.

In the afternoon, we will return to Estepona, with an estimated arrival 10 hours after pickup.
