On this excursion to Granada from Estepona, you'll journey back in time to the era of Al-Andalus with a guided tour of the Alhambra, a significant site of the Nasrid dynasty.

Granada Excursion

At 5:40 am, pickup will be at the bus stop on Avenida Litora in Estepona. The journey includes several pickups from other points on the Costa del Sol before arriving in Granada. The visit will start with the monuments of the remarkable Alhambra, beginning at the Palace of Charles V, constructed in the 16th century.

Next, the tour will explore the Nasrid Palaces of the Alhambra, including the Comares Palace and the Palace of the Lions, noted for its fountain. The tour will detail the typical Andalusian architecture of this historical complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The Alhambra tour will also include the Generalife gardens, known for their fragrant plants and colorful flowerbeds.

Post-Alhambra, the excursion continues into the center of Granada for a walking tour of its main monuments. Following this guided tour, there will be two hours of free time for lunch and exploration of the historic center, including the Royal Chapel, the burial site of the Catholic Monarchs.

In the afternoon, the return to Estepona is planned for 10 hours after the pickup.
