On this excursion to Granada from Estepona, you will embark on a guided tour of the Alhambra, a significant site from the Nasrid dynasty.

Granada Excursion

At 5:40 am, pickup will occur at the bus stop on Avenida Litora in Estepona. The journey to Granada, the ancient capital of the Nasrid Kingdom, will commence with additional pickups from various points along the Costa del Sol.

Upon arrival in Granada, the tour will begin at the Alhambra, starting with the Palace of Charles V, constructed in the 16th century. Next, the tour will proceed to the Nasrid Palaces, including the Comares Palace and the Palace of the Lions, known for its monumental fountain. Details of the Andalusian architecture of this World Heritage Site will be explored.

The tour will also include a visit to the Generalife gardens, where participants can experience the fragrance of the blooming plants. After the Alhambra visit, the group will head into the center of Granada for a walking tour of its main monuments. Following this, there will be two hours of free time for lunch and to explore the historic center, including the Royal Chapel.

In the afternoon, the return trip to Estepona is scheduled, with an arrival time approximately 10 hours after the initial pickup.
