On this excursion to Granada from Estepona, you'll journey back in time to the era of Al-Andalus with a guided tour of the Alhambra.

Granada Excursion

At 5:40 am, pickup will be at the bus stop on Avenida Litora in Estepona. After several pickups from other points on the Costa del Sol, we will head to Granada, the ancient capital of the Nasrid Kingdom.

On arrival, the tour will begin with the Alhambra, starting at the Palace of Charles V, constructed in the 16th century. Next, we will visit the Nasrid Palaces, including the Comares Palace and the Palace of the Lions, noted for its monumental fountain. The tour will highlight the exquisite Andalusian architecture of this World Heritage Site.

The visit will proceed to the Generalife gardens, where the vibrant flowers and plants can be enjoyed. Following the Alhambra visit, a walking tour of Granada's main monuments will take place, after which you will have two hours of free time for lunch and exploration of the historic center. Notable sites include the Royal Chapel, the burial site of the Catholic Monarchs.

In the afternoon, we will return to Estepona, with an expected arrival approximately 10 hours after the initial pickup.
