Merzouga Desert Buggy Tour

On this buggy tour of the Merzouga desert, we'll explore Morocco's arid lands while experiencing the sounds of the Sahara.

Description

We'll meet at the scheduled time next to the Riad Azawad. The buggies will be ready for us to embark on an hour-long journey around the Merzouga desert.

After a brief training on how to drive the buggies, we will put on helmets, gloves, and goggles, then begin our drive through the dunes. Participants can expect to race across numerous dunes during this experience.

Throughout the tour, an instructor will provide insights about the desert environment. We will discover various noteworthy spots in this vast landscape. Temperatures in this area of the Sahara can reach up to 55 degrees Celsius (131 Fahrenheit) in the shade.

The tour will conclude with a return to the starting point.
