We'll gather at the entrance of the Señorío de Otazu Winery for a tour of its facilities, where you'll discover the intricate process behind the exquisite wine produced here.

We'll start by walking through the historic Señorío de Otazu, where you can see the Church of San Esteban from the 12th century, the Torre Palomar, and the Casa Palacio de Otazu. The gardens feature a collection of artworks from internationally recognized artists, including pieces created specifically for this location.

The tour will continue with an exploration of this historic winery, which possesses the Denominación de Origen Protegida (DOP) for Pago. Highlights include a wine museum and a contemporary art space affiliated with the Otazu Foundation, acknowledged by the ARCO Foundation. You will also visit the underground barrel room, designed by acclaimed architect Jaime Gaztelu.

Finally, the tour will end with a tasting of three wines, each paired with a different pintxo.
