The meeting point is at the entrance of the Señorío de Otazu Winery for a guided tour of the facilities. Participants will learn about the exquisite wine crafted here.

The tour begins with a walk through the historic Señorío de Otazu, featuring the Church of San Esteban from the 12th century, the Torre Palomar, and the Casa Palacio de Otazu. Attendees will also view artworks from prominent international artists in the gardens, some designed specifically for this location.

Next, the group will explore the historic winery, recognized with the Denominación de Origen Protegida (DOP) for Pago. The visit includes a wine museum and a contemporary art space from the Otazu Foundation, affiliated with the ARCO Foundation. Additionally, participants will tour the underground barrel room designed by architect Jaime Gaztelu.

The tour concludes with a tasting of three wines, each paired with a different pintxo.
