Faro Bike Tour

At 10 am, we'll meet at the Teatro das Figuras parking lot, where we'll hop on our bikes and start pedaling through the streets of Faro!

During this bike tour, you'll hear about the origins of the Algarve's capital. We'll explore how Romans, Visigoths, and Muslims have influenced the history of this city.

We'll ride past Faro's cathedral and admire the ancient city walls dating back more than 2,000 years. Other sights include the Belmarço palace, Carmo church, and various monuments.

Halfway through, we'll stop to enjoy a typical sweet of Faro. After a break, we'll continue to the riverbank promenade, where you'll see the landscapes of the Formosa estuary!

The bike tour finishes back at the starting point at approximately 12:30 pm.
