Faro Bike Tour

At 10 am, we'll meet at the Teatro das Figuras parking lot, where we'll hop on our bikes and start pedaling through the streets of Faro!

During this bike tour, you'll learn about the origins of the Algarve's capital. We'll explore how Romans, Visigoths, and Muslims have contributed to the history of this city.

We'll ride past Faro's cathedral and admire the ancient city walls, which date back over 2,000 years. We'll also see the Belmarço palace, Carmo church, and other monuments.

Halfway through, we'll stop to enjoy a typical sweet of Faro. After this break, we'll continue towards the riverbank promenade, where you can appreciate the landscapes of the Formosa estuary.

The bike tour finishes back at the starting point at approximately 12:30 pm.
