Faro Bicycle Adventure

We'll kick off our journey at the scheduled time, gathering at the parking area of Teatro das Figuras, where we will mount our bicycles and set off through the charming streets of Faro!

This exciting bike excursion will immerse you in the fascinating history of the Algarve's capital. We will delve into the past, sharing stories of how the Romans, Visigoths, and Muslims have all contributed to the rich narrative of this enchanting city.

Our route includes a ride past the iconic cathedral of Faro, and a view of the ancient city walls that have stood for over 2,000 years. You will also have the chance to admire the elegant Belmarço Palace, the stunning Carmo Church, and numerous other remarkable sites.

At the midpoint of our journey, we will pause to savor a traditional sweet from Faro. Once refreshed, we’ll resume our ride towards the river promenade, where the captivating views of the Formosa estuary will surely leave you in awe!

The bike tour will conclude back at the starting location after approximately 3 hours of exploration.
