Boat Trip to Guaíba

On this boat trip from Caxias do Sul, we'll sail on a catamaran to see Guaíba Lake and follow up with a sightseeing bus tour of the city center.

Boat Trip to Guaíba

Pickup will be at 7:30 am at your hotel in Caxias do Sul, followed by transport to the pier in Porto Alegre. We'll start with a 30-minute catamaran ride to admire the city skyline.

Upon arrival in Guaíba, we'll commence a sightseeing tour to explore key attractions. Guides in gaucho costumes will lead us, accompanied by musicians for live performances on the bus.

The tour includes views of notable sites such as the cypress of Farroupilha and the church of Nossa Senhora do Livramento. We will also stop at a local restaurant for lunch.

Next, we will visit the Vitrina Cultural for insights into the Farroupilha Revolution's history and see the Memorial da Chama Crioula, significant to the gaucho culture.

The tour proceeds to the Escadaria 14 de Outubro viewpoint for stunning vistas of Guaíba Lake and Porto Alegre, and concludes at the Carlos Nobre Museum, highlighting a prominent scientist's legacy.

After the final visit, we will return to your hotel in Caxias do Sul, arriving at 6 pm.
