Throughout the trip, we will delve into the brewery production methods and sample one unique beer at each stop. Our journey begins at Inmaculada Brew, recognized as Caxias do Sul's pioneer microbrewery. Its name is inspired by the well-known fountain of Inmaculada Concepción, located within the city.

Next, we will visit the Felsen craft brewery factory, notable for its superior quality products. In fact, in 2017, its lager was awarded the title of best beer in Brazil. Here, you will learn about the inspiring story of two brothers who founded this well-loved establishment.

After this, we will proceed to Fábrica, a vibrant culinary hub that houses the Salvador brewery. This brewery began operations with a capacity of 1585 gallons (6000 liters) per month in its bar.
