At the designated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel and begin this craft beer tour of Caxias do Sul. Ready? Let's go!

During the tour, we'll discover the production techniques and taste one beer at each of the breweries we visit. We will start at Inmaculada Brew, the first craft microbrewery in Caxias do Sul. The name originates from a famous city church.

Next, we will visit the Felsen craft brewery factory, known for its high-quality products. Its lager variety was awarded the title of best beer in Brazil in 2017. Here, you will learn about the founders and the brewery's history.

Afterward, we will head to Fábrica, a culinary complex housing the Salvador brewery, which started with a production of 1585 gallons (6000 liters) per month. The site features 15 taps and a large garden with views of the ruins of a former brewery from 1947.

Lastly, we will visit the UFF Bier brewery, established in 2011 by Peter Brugger and Fernando Faccioli. The name UFF in German mimics dog barks, adding a unique aspect to this brewery.

Finally, we'll return to the starting point, arriving after a total of 10 hours.
