Criúva Fields Hiking Tour

At the appointed time, we will pick you up at your hotel in Caxias do Sul to start a night hike through the Criúva fields.

We will begin by learning about local products in front of the town's church. Then, we will proceed with a guided tour of the fields and farms in the area, immersing ourselves in the culture of the Portuguese immigrants.

Following a stroll through Criúva, we will head to the Cañón de Palanquinhos to enjoy the views. The tour includes a visit to the Memorial Os Bertussi, dedicated to the first singers who introduced the harmonica in Rio Grande do Sul.

After sunset, we will continue with a night walk through the Criúva fields while the guide shares famous folklore legends of the area.

To conclude the experience, we will have a moonlit dinner featuring typical dishes such as 'mateiro' rice and melted cheese, prepared on traditional iron griddles and accompanied by wine.

The tour lasts nine hours, after which we will return to your hotel.
