We'll pick you up from your hotel in Caxias do Sul at the designated time to kick off our adventure to the Flores da Cunha vineyards. Are you ready to delve into the history of wine production in the region?

After a 20-kilometer (12.4-mile) drive, we'll reach a family estate in Flores da Cunha. Here, you'll unlock the secrets of winemaking in this area. Our excursion begins with a scenic trailer ride, providing photo opportunities as we traverse lush green trails. Throughout our journey, we'll share stories of this colony's history, highlighting the industry's evolution.

As we take in the views of fruit tree orchards, you'll have the chance to participate in grape harvesting and the traditional grape crushing process, exploring these ancient techniques. Afterward, enjoy some free time for lunch at the Cafe de Colonia restaurant, located on a family property in Flores da Cunha.

In the afternoon, we'll visit a natural cave and another winery, concluding our day in the Flores da Cunha vineyards.
