Day Trip to Fortaleza & Itaimbezinho Canyons

We'll pick you up at 6:30 am at your hotel in Caxias do Sul and head out to Cambará do Sul, where you'll be able to buy some breakfast if you wish.

After eating, we'll travel in a 4x4 all-terrain vehicle to the Fortaleza Canyon. Here, we'll walk to the Pedra do Segredo viewpoint for a view of the gorge, considered one of the most spectacular in Rio Grande do Sul.

We'll then have lunch at a local restaurant before visiting the Itaimbezinho Canyon. This gorge will be explored via the Cotobelo trail, a 3-hour, low-difficulty hike, allowing you to admire the scenery. We'll also hike the Vértice trail, lasting about 30 minutes.

Finally, we will return to your hotel in Caxias do Sul, arriving at 6 pm.
