We'll pick you up from your hotel in Caxias do Sul at the scheduled time and head to Cambará do Sul, where you'll have free time for breakfast.

Our first stop will be the Fortaleza Canyon. We'll take a hike to discover spots like the Mirante viewpoint, the rock formation of Pedra do Segredo, and the Trilha do Tigre Preto. The views of the gorge will be impressive!

Next, we'll return to Cambará do Sul for a break at the Costaneira Restaurant, where you can enjoy a buffet-style lunch with typical campeira food at your own expense.

With renewed energy, we'll head to Aparados da Serra National Park to visit Itaimbezinho Canyon. We'll start by walking the Vértice Trail, a low-difficulty route lasting about 3 hours, with stops at viewpoints showcasing the rock walls. We'll conclude with a visit to the park model explaining the local geography.

To top it off, we'll hike the Cotovelo Trail, an easy 30-minute walk to view the canyon waterfalls from various angles. Get your cameras ready!
