Excursion to Gramado
We'll spend the day exploring the heritage left by the settlers in Rio Grande do Sul. Our first stop will be at Casa Centenária Ferrari, a wooden house surrounded by landscapes. Inside the house museum, we'll take a tour of the rooms and learn about its first inhabitants and their connection to Gramado's founding.
Next, we'll visit Ervateira Marcon to observe how yerba mate is processed, a type of tea intrinsic to the region's culture.
After that, we'll see the Fioreze Museum, which showcases an eclectic collection of objects reflecting the daily lives of the first settlers of Gramado. Exhibits include scales, old photographs, typewriters, and kitchen utensils.
Then, we'll stop at a restaurant for lunch featuring typical Italian delicacies, including salami, sausages, cheeses, bread, and dessert, with coffee to conclude the meal.
