Excursion to Gramado

We'll spend the day exploring the heritage left by the settlers in Rio Grande do Sul. Our first stop will be at Casa Centenária Ferrari, a wooden house surrounded by meadows and mountains. Inside, we'll take a tour of the rooms and learn about the history of its first inhabitants and their connection to the founding of Gramado.

Next, we'll head to Ervateira Marcon to see how yerba mate is processed, a significant drink with roots in indigenous culture.

After that, we'll visit the Fioreze Museum, which contains a collection of objects reflecting the daily lives of the first settlers of Gramado, including scales, photographs, typewriters, and kitchen utensils.

Then, we'll stop at a restaurant for lunch featuring typical Italian delicacies, including salami, sausages, cheeses, bread, and dessert, with coffee to finish the meal.
