Day Trip to Imigrante, Estrela, & Colinas

At 7 am we'll pick you up at your hotel in Caxias do Sul and travel to Imigrante, one of the towns included in this excursion.

In Imigrante, we'll explore the local beekeeping practices, focusing on stingless bee breeding. Tasting some of the local products will be part of this visit.

Next, we'll head to Estrela and visit the Berwagner still, learning about the historical European immigration to the area.

After Estrela, we'll proceed to Colinas to discover the House of Artisans and Colonial Products, which produces jams, spices, and handicrafts. You will have an hour of free time for lunch at a local restaurant.

Post-lunch, we will return to Imigrante and visit the Horst cactus nursery, the largest of its kind in Latin America. We will also tour the Boaventura convent, built in the 1940s in the style of Dutch monasteries, featuring a unique medieval-style chapel.

Our trip concludes with a return to your hotel in Caxias do Sul at 7:30 pm.
