Day Trip to Imigrante, Estrela, & Colinas

At 7 am, pickup will be at your hotel in Caxias do Sul, and we will travel to Imigrante, our first stop.

In Imigrante, we'll explore the local beekeeping practices, focusing on stingless bee breeding prevalent in the area, with opportunities to taste local products.

Next, we will proceed to Estrela to visit the Berwagner still, associated with an influential family in the city. We’ll learn about the European immigration that shaped Estrela's history.

From Estrela, we will continue to Colinas to discover the House of Artisans and Colonial Products, where jams, spices, and handicrafts are produced. You will have one hour of free time for lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch, we will return to Imigrante to visit the Horst cactus nursery, the largest greenhouse of its kind in Latin America. We will also see the Boaventura convent, constructed in the style of Dutch monasteries during the 1940s, which houses a unique medieval-style chapel.

We will return to your hotel in Caxias do Sul at 7:30 pm.
