Day Trip to the Itaimbezinho Canyon

We will begin the excursion by picking you up from your hotel in Caxias do Sul at 9 am. Our destination is Cambará do Sul, a gateway to the Parque Nacional de Aparados da Serra.

Our first stop will be the Itaimbezinho Canyon, one of the park's main attractions. It stretches for nearly 6 kilometers (3.75 miles).

We will start our adventure with a three-hour trek along the Vortex Trail, providing various viewpoints of the canyon. This trail also passes through an Araucaria forest.

After completing the Vortex Trail, we will take a break and then proceed to trek the Cotovelo Trail for another 30 minutes. Following this, you will have an hour of free time in Cambará do Sul for lunch at a local restaurant.

At the conclusion of the day, we will return to Caxias do Sul, finishing the tour at 7:30 pm, where you will be dropped off at your hotel.
