Day Trip to Veranópolis & Vila Flores

Pickup will be at your hotel in Caxias do Sul at 8:30 am, heading northwest to Veranópolis.

Before arriving, we'll stop at Vila Flores and visit the Atelier L'arte Ceccato, a ceramics workshop featuring Walking Therapy. The family will show us their gardens and the open-air eco-museum.

Next, we will go to Vila do Pão, an artisan market for bread, cookies, and jams. We will then visit the Cave dos Frades winery for a guided tour to learn about the winemaking process in the region.

You will have one hour of free time for lunch at a local restaurant before heading to Veranópolis, known for having the third longest average lifespan in the world.

In Veranópolis, we will see the monument commemorating Italian immigration, the Matrix church, and the Fountain of Longevity. Additionally, we will visit Bella Città Emporium and Saretta House, a World Heritage Site.

The tour will conclude with a visit to Simonetto Winery for a tasting and a stop at Espigão Belvedere for stunning views of the surrounding nature. We will return to your hotel by 5:30 pm.
