Day Trip to Veranópolis & Vila Flores

Pickup will be at your hotel in Caxias do Sul at 8:30 am as we proceed northwest to the capital of longevity.

Before reaching Veranópolis, we'll stop at Vila Flores and visit the Atelier L'arte Ceccato, a ceramics workshop where we will participate in Walking Therapy. The family running the workshop will show us their gardens and the open-air eco-museum.

Next, we will explore Vila do Pão, an artisan market offering bread, cookies, and jams. Following this, we will visit the Cave dos Frades winery for a guided tour covering the winemaking process in the region.

Participants will have an hour of free time for lunch at a local restaurant before we proceed to Veranópolis, known for having the third longest average lifespan in the world.

In Veranópolis, we will see the monument commemorating Italian immigration, the Matrix church, and the Fountain of Longevity. The tour continues with visits to Bella Città Emporium and Saretta House, a World Heritage Site.

Finally, we will visit Simonetto Winery for a tasting and conclude at Espigão Belvedere, a viewpoint showcasing the surrounding nature. We will return to your hotel at 5:30 pm.
