After picking you up at 8:30 am at your hotel in Caxias do Sul, we'll head north to one of the most unique places in the state of Rio Grande do Sul.

The first stop will be in the vast fields of Criúva. There we'll take an easy 4-kilometre (2.4 miles) walk to discover the nature of the area.

At the end of the hiking route through the Criúva fields, we'll go to the Palanquinhos canyon, an impressive Natural Monument of 230 hectares. During the tour, we will also contemplate the Morro 360 and visit the Memorial of the Bertussi Brothers.

We'll continue our tour by reaching an estate to enjoy a lunch. The menu includes rice, beans, grilled meat, various side dishes of local cuisine, wine, and dessert.

After lunch, you'll have free time to continue exploring the area at your own pace. We recommend visiting the Indigenous caverns for insights into Brazil's oldest towns.

Finally, we'll return to your hotel in Caxias do Sul, where we'll arrive at 3:30 pm.
