After picking you up at 8:30 am at your hotel in Caxias do Sul, we'll head north to one of the most unique places in the state of Rio Grande do Sul.

The first stop will be in the fields of Criúva, where we'll take a 4-kilometre (2.4 miles) walk to explore the nature of the area.

At the end of the hiking route, we'll go to the Palanquinhos canyon, a Natural Monument of 230 hectares. During the tour, we'll contemplate the Morro 360 and visit the Memorial of the Bertussi Brothers, learning about the story of Adelas and Honeyde.

We will also visit a rural store called 'bolincho' to see the variety of products stored there, followed by a lunch at a farm. The menu includes rice, beans, grilled meat, various local side dishes, colonial wine, and dessert.

After lunch, we will return to your hotel in Caxias do Sul, arriving by 3:30 pm.
