Guided Bus Tour of Istanbul

In this tour we'll visit the most emblematic places in Istanbul, including Topkapi Palace, which served as the headquarters of the Ottoman empire.

Guided Bus Tour

After pickup from your chosen meeting point at the indicated time, we'll begin our guided tour of Istanbul's top landmarks. We'll travel to Topkapi Palace, a symbol of the imperial era in Istanbul. We'll tour the palace, visiting the kitchens, weapons, religious relics, treasures, and the famous harem room.

Afterwards, we'll continue through the Pera district, known for its architecture and European influence, and then walk to the Galata district to view the exterior of the famous tower.

Around midday, we'll stop to eat in a traditional Turkish restaurant. The menu will include soup or a cold appetizer, börek, chicken kebab, meat or vegetables with rice, and baklava or fruit. Alternatively, you may choose to get lunch on your own.

After lunch, we'll visit Taksim Square, passing through Istiklal Avenue, the modern heart of Istanbul, and we'll also visit the impressive Süleymaniye Mosque. Finally, you'll have some free time in the Grand Bazaar, where we'll conclude the tour after about 7 hours.

Topkapi Palace & the Grand Bazaar

The government occasionally renovates Topkapi Palace, so certain sections may be closed during your visit. The Grand Bazaar is closed on Sundays, October 29, and Muslim holidays.
