4-Hour Excursion

We'll begin by collecting you from the city center, and your exploration of Istanbul will commence with a visit to Hagia Sophia. This remarkable structure, originally a Christian basilica, has also held roles as an Orthodox church and museum throughout its storied past.

Next, we will proceed to the Basilica Cistern, an impressive underground water storage facility dating back to the Byzantine period. The stunning forest of columns here is sure to leave you in awe!

After delving into the history of the cistern, we will make our way to Topkap? Palace, where the lifestyles of Ottoman sultans will be uncovered. We will explore key areas of the palace and seek to unveil the legends and secrets that linger within its walls.

To conclude this excursion, we will return you to the initial meeting point. Remember, as this is a private outing, you have the opportunity to tailor the itinerary according to your personal interests.

8-Hour Excursion

This option also grants you control over the itinerary. With a duration of 8 hours, you will be accompanied by an English-speaking guide as you take in Istanbul's essential attractions.

If you're uncertain about what to visit, we recommend kicking off at the grand Topkap? Palace, the historic residence of the Ottoman sultans. We will allocate approximately 2.5 hours to explore its extensive courtyards, regal chambers, and historical treasures.

As this palace is closed on Tuesdays, we will substitute a visit to the elegant Dolmabahçe Palace on those days, where you can expect to spend around 1.5 hours.

Following that, we can immerse ourselves in the storied past of Hagia Sophia, one of the world’s most significant architectural marvels. This will lead us to the historic Hippodrome of Constantinople, a focal point of Roman social life, before heading to the Blue Mosque, celebrated for its exquisite tiles and graceful appearance.

At midday, we will take a break for you to enjoy your lunch at your leisure. Should you wish to alter the order of sites or include additional locations like the Grand Bazaar, your guide will readily accommodate your preferences. Your requests will be honored!

Guide-Only Option

If you select the guide-only alternative, which is budget-friendly, the tour will be conducted on foot and using public transportation. We will arrange to meet at a central location in Istanbul, which will be detailed in your booking confirmation.

Guide + Vehicle Option

This option includes pickup from hotels located in specific central areas of Istanbul: Bayrampa?a, Be?ikta?, Beyo?lu, Eminönü, Eyüp, Fatih, Ka??thane, ?i?li, and Zeytinburnu. If your accommodation is outside these zones, you will need to arrive at a centrally designated meeting spot, information which will be provided in your booking confirmation.
