How it Works

• We need the customer's email address to create a pass. After we create the pass (which will be done less than 10 seconds after we receive reservation mail) guest will receive a confirmation email with the pass id and manage my pass link.

• Manage My Pass page is the customer panel for guests to make their reservations for some attractions like airport transfer, dinner&cruise. Guests can choose the date, put the hotel information, and create their reservation.

• Some services like guided tours, Madame Tussauds, and Sealife Aquarium do not require any reservation. It is enough to Show up and Show the pass. Suppliers are using our admission system and they will let the customer in with checking validity.

• The pass is valid for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 or 10 consecutive days

• The voucher is your digital pass for admission to included attractions (except state museums). Access to state museums is possible only by attending guided tours

• Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays. The Whirling Dervishes perform on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and children under the age of 7 may not be permitted

• Some attractions require reservations. Download the Istanbul Tourist Pass app to do so

• All attractions are single entry, except the Boat Tour which is valid for 1 day or 1 full loop

• All children will be asked to present their valid passport at the entrance of the museums in order to validate their age.
