On this day trip to Troy from Istanbul, we'll uncover the secrets of this ancient city that mixes reality with mythology.

Description

At the time indicated, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Istanbul and head west to the legendary city of Troy. First, we will travel to Eceabat, on the shore of the Dardanelles, with a stop for a break and free time to eat breakfast at a restaurant upon arrival.

Next, we'll take a 25-minute ferry to Çanakkale, and then board a minibus to travel to our final destination, the ancient city of Troy. During our Tour of Troy, we will explore the archaeological zone, discovering the city's defensive walls, altars, remains of houses, and a replica of the Trojan Horse. We'll delve into the realities and myths of the Trojan War and secrets of the Iliad of Homer.

After this historic journey, we will return to Çanakkale for lunch at a local restaurant before starting our journey back to Istanbul, arriving approximately 18 hours after initial pickup.
