Explore the most impressive landscapes of the secondary island of Fernando de Noronha on this hiking route through Morro São José. Paths full of natural beauty await!

Morro São José Hiking Tour

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Fernando de Noronha at your chosen time. From there, we'll head to Morro São José to start the hiking route. When the tide is low, we'll utilize a stone path to ascend the hill. Depending on sea conditions, this section may also be done by swimming.

Upon arrival, our hiking route guided by an ICMBio accredited guide will begin. We will explore the volcanic landscapes and capture stunning photos. During the hike, there will be an opportunity to swim in a natural pool, a highlight of the area.

After a two-hour route, we will return to your hotel in Fernando de Noronha, concluding the activity.

ICMBio Reservation

To participate in this hiking tour, you must make an appointment with ICMBio (Chico Mendes Institute for Biodiversity Conservation). This appointment must be made in person by the visitor who already has an entrance ticket to Fernando de Noronha Marine National Park. Online reservations are unavailable.

We recommend booking your appointment on the day of arrival on the island. The trails can be booked up to 6 days in advance, and each visitor can reserve for a maximum of 6 people. You may book this activity only after confirming your appointment with ICMBio.
