Fethiye Market & Kayaköy Tour

From one of the liveliest places in the city to an abandoned village. On this tour of the Fethiye market and Kayaköy, we'll discover the contrasts of the Turkish southwestern coast.

Description

At 9 am we'll pick you up from your hotel and drive to the most famous market in Fethiye. Get to know the typical products of this part of Turkey.

In a few minutes, we'll arrive at the Fethiye market, the largest market in the province of Mu?la. Spices, fruits, vegetables, traditional sweets, handicrafts... It's a place to mingle with the local people and buy souvenirs. You'll enjoy two hours of free time to shop and practice bargaining with the vendors.

We'll continue with a half-hour drive to the abandoned village of Kayaköy. Walking among its ruined buildings, we'll share the history of this place, built over an ancient Greek city called Carmylessus.

Through its streets, we'll recount events such as fires, earthquakes, and the conflict between Turks and Greeks.

Between 5 pm and 6 pm, we'll return you to your hotel in Fethiye.

This tour includes pickup in the hotels located in Calis, Fethiye, Hisaronu, Oludeniz, Ovacik (excluding Casa Margot, Liberty Fabay, Majesty Tuana Hotel, Lykia Botanika Hotel, Hillside Beach Club, Club Hotel Letoonia, and Barut Sensatori Hotel).

If your hotel isn't located in these areas, there will be a supplement charge of 7EUR per person payable at pickup.
