3-Day Excursion: Merzouga Desert to Marrakesh

Description

Day 1: Fez - Ifrane - Azrou - Erfoud - Merzouga

We will collect you from your hotel or riad in Fez and head towards the Merzouga Desert. The journey includes stops at Ifrane and Azrou, followed by the Ziz valley and gorges to Erfoud. In the evening, enjoy a camel ride through the Merzouga desert, or opt for a quad tour. We'll conclude the day at the Haimas Camp.

Day 2: Merzouga – Todgha Gorge – Dadès Gorge

The day begins at sunrise atop the Merzouga dunes. After breakfast, we will proceed to Todgha Gorge, followed by the Dadès Gorge, where we will dine and stay overnight in a nearby hotel.

Day 3: Dadès Gorge – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakesh

Following breakfast, we will travel to Ouarzazate to visit the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, popular among movie enthusiasts. You will have free time for lunch and photos before continuing through Amazigh villages, arriving in Marrakesh around 6 pm.

Pickup

This tour includes pickup from hotels in Fez. If you are staying within the Medina, meet your guide at the Blue Gate (Bab Bou Jeloud).

Accommodation

Choose between Standard (2 or 3 stars) or Superior (4 stars) accommodation when booking.

Standard Accommodation:

Types of Bedrooms

Both hotels and encampments offer only double rooms. A single room incurs an additional fee. Triple and family rooms are available. Standard rooms have communal showers, while superior rooms feature private bathrooms. Air conditioning at superior encampments has an added cost of around 30EUR per person.
