Tour Details

At the scheduled time, we'll meet in front of the entrance of the Bab Al Madina Hotel in the center of Fez. From there, we begin a stroll through the ancient heart of this city in search of traditional Moroccan dishes.

Moroccan gastronomy combines ingredients from Berber, Arabic and Mediterranean cuisine. Our tour includes various stops to taste traditional local products. We'll try Moroccan sweets, freshly squeezed natural juices, traditional teas, meat sandwiches, soups, fish, chicken and the famous Pastilla.

At the end of the tour, we will stop for a lunch in one of the best local restaurants. The meal includes a variety of typical Moroccan dishes.

After lunch, our gastronomic tour ends back at the meeting point, after 3 hours together.
