Activity Options
You can choose between two options:
Cooking Class (1 Hour)
Participants will choose between three tagine options: lemon chicken tagine, chicken with vegetables, or vegetables only. The class begins by placing the ingredients in the tagine and cooking on low heat. Participants will learn to prepare traditional tea. After the lesson, you'll enjoy tea and traditional pastries on the roof while viewing the medina of Fez, followed by savouring your tagine.
Schedule: runs at 12:30 pm and 6:30 pm
Cooking Class & Souk Visit (4 Hours)
The session starts by collecting ingredients at a local souk in the medina of Fez. Participants will select fresh produce including meats, veggies, fruits, and spices. Back at the restaurant, you'll learn to prepare various tagine variations and brew Moroccan tea. After cooking, enjoy a meal that includes a fresh salad and seasonal fruit.
