Moroccan Cooking Class in Fez

Meet us at Palais Bab Sahra Fez restaurant for a Moroccan culinary adventure. We will start by collecting the right ingredients at a local souk in Fez's medina, selecting fresh produce including meats, veggies, fruits, and spices.

After gathering our groceries, we will return to the restaurant for cooking. In the class, we will prepare various versions of the classic tajin dish, such as chicken and olives or meat and plums, and explore different kinds of couscous. We will also learn to make Moroccan tea.

Following the cooking session, we will sit down for a meal, enjoying a fresh salad and seasonal fruit—one of the best meals you'll have in Morocco, cooked by you.

The class will last a total of 4 hours.
