Rabat Private Trip

After collecting you from your accommodation in Fez at the indicated time, we'll head to the Moroccan capital, located only a 2-hour drive away.

Once we arrive in the city, you'll have some free time to explore Rabat's ancient Medina at your own pace. Its rich architectural heritage earned it recognition as a World Heritage Site in 2012.

You can explore the esplanade, home to Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. The minaret's construction was left unfinished in 1199, and you'll learn about this during the tour. The site also includes insights into the architectural design of the burial tomb.

Close to the mausoleum and tower, you'll find the Kasbah of the Udayas, a 12th-century citadel with many secrets. After approximately 1 hour of free time for lunch, we'll continue the tour at the royal palace of Rabat, known for its iconic main gateway.

The trip concludes with free time at the fortified necropolis of Chellah, whose remains reflect the Roman, Carthaginian, and Phoenician civilizations. We will then return to Fez, completing the day after approximately 11 hours.
