Volubilis, Mulay Idris and Meknes Tour

On this tour, you'll visit three significant places in Morocco: Volubilis, Mulay Idris, and Meknes. This tour is ideal for anyone visiting Fez.

Description

After meeting at the designated time at the main door of the Lycée Moulay Idriss, we'll head west to Volubilis, the ancient Roman city housing the most important archaeological remains in Morocco. You can spend as much time as you wish here, typically between 1 and 2 hours. A guide is available for hire at the entrance.

Next, we'll visit Mulay Idris, an important pilgrimage site. This small town allows you to see key parts of the medina in under an hour.

The third stop is Meknes, regarded as the most 'humble' of the four Imperial Cities of Morocco. In Meknes, you'll have free time to eat and explore major locations like the marketplace and the city square.

We will then return to Fez and drop you off at the meeting point ten hours after the tour begins.
