Volubilis, Mulay Idris and Meknes Tour

On this tour, you'll visit three notable locations in Morocco - Volubilis, Mulay Idris, and Meknes. This is suitable for anyone visiting Fez.

Description

After meeting at the main door of the Lycée Moulay Idriss, we will head west to Volubilis, the ancient Roman city known for its significant archaeological remains in Morocco.

You can spend as much time as you wish here, generally between 1 and 2 hours, to explore the area. A guide can be hired at the entrance if desired.

Next, we will visit Mulay Idris, an important pilgrimage town, where you can see the main parts of the medina in less than an hour.

The third stop is Meknes, recognized as the most modest of the four Imperial Cities of Morocco. In Meknes, you will have free time to eat and visit key locations, including the marketplace and the city square.

Afterward, we will return to Fez, arriving at the meeting point approximately ten hours after the tour begins.
