After picking you up at the scheduled time in Te Anau, we'll head north to visit Milford Sound.

The minibus ride to the Milford Sound fjord will take an hour and a half. Along the way, we'll make several stops for photos and short walks to admire the landscapes of southern New Zealand.

Highlights include lush forests, Lake Te Anau, Mirror Lakes, and the Eglinton Valley.

Continuing along Milford Road, we'll find Gunn Lake, Hollyford River, and Falls Creek. Upon arrival, we'll change transport and set off on a 2-hour boat ride on Milford Sound. This site is a World Heritage Site.

During the cruise, we'll see huge waterfalls cascading down the fjord's mountainous walls. We may also encounter endemic birds, sea lions, penguins, and even dolphins.

Before concluding the tour, we'll enjoy a picnic lunch. Afterward, we'll return to the mainland, stopping at viewpoints for more pictures.

The excursion will conclude at your hotel in Te Anau, approximately 9 hours after pickup.
