Explore the Chianti region during a half-day trip from Florence and visit two rustic wine estates, where you will do a “Vino Chianti” tasting and try typical products such as home-made olive oil.

Chianti Half-Day Wine Tour

We'll meet up and board an air-conditioned coach to start our adventure to Chianti, the renowned wine region in Tuscany. This area features green valleys, old vineyards, and trees on slopes and hillsides. A saying suggests that paths in Tuscany lead to a wine cellar, a castle, or a farm.

The first stop will be a rural wine cellar, where you’ll enjoy a snack with typical Tuscan products and extra virgin olive oil. You'll also taste wines from the region and learn about the wine-making process.

After exploring more landscapes, we’ll arrive at another wine estate. Here, we'll taste wines produced at this winery, and the owners will share the secrets of their wine production and teach you how to taste wine like real sommeliers.

As we head back to Florence, we will stop at a panoramic terrace in Chianti to admire the beautiful scenery around us. This excursion will last a total of 5 hours.
