There are two sightseeing bus routes: one lasting 1 hour and another 2 hours. Enjoy recorded commentary in English to learn about the city’s history. Popular stops include Boboli Gardens, Piazzale Michelangelo, Basilica di Santa Croce, and Santa Maria Novella.

How it Works

Purchase a 24-hour, 48-hour, or 72-hour ticket, valid for the chosen duration from the first use. For instance, a 2-day ticket used for the first time on Monday at 2 pm will be valid until Wednesday at 2 pm. You can hop on and off as many times as you wish while your ticket is valid.

Operating Times & Frequency

Bus operating times and frequencies are as follows:

Blue line: from 9 am to 5:50 pm, running every 20 minutes dailyRed line: operates daily from 11 am to 4 pm with a frequency of 60 minutes

Changes in the Itinerary

Please note that from September 9 to November 3, 2024, the tourist bus will change its schedule and some stops. Additionally, from November 4 to December 20, 2024, the red line will run only on weekends. From December 21, 2024, to January 6, 2025, it will operate daily with limited service. After that, from January 7 to March 28, 2025, the red line will again operate only on weekends. Stop number 11 on the blue line will be suspended indefinitely.
