We will meet at Piazza di San Lorenzo at the scheduled time to learn how to cook a complete Tuscan menu.

We will head to the Central Market of Florence, where we will learn about the history of Italian cuisine and explore the market stalls for fresh ingredients.

This market is popular among the city's top chefs, ensuring highest quality produce. After gathering the necessary ingredients, we will proceed to the kitchens to start cooking.

We will prepare a typical Tuscan menu consisting of 4 courses: a starter, a fresh handmade pasta dish, a main course of meat, and a dessert. The menu will vary seasonally based on market ingredients.

After learning the secrets of Italian gastronomy, we will enjoy our dishes together, accompanied by Tuscan wine. After 5 hours, we will conclude the activity and bid farewell.
