Pisa, Siena & San Gimignano Day Trip

Take a full-day trip from Florence to explore three cities: Pisa, San Gimignano, and Siena, including a traditional Italian lunch at a wine estate.

Description

The tour begins with a departure from Florence to Siena. Upon arrival, a guided tour will cover the historic center, including the Piazza del Campo, Palazzo Comunale, and the Cathedral. After the walk, enjoy one hour of free time to explore or relax.

Next, visit the Chianti region, stopping at a Wine Cellar for lunch with local wine. The menu features Tuscan products such as salami, pecorino cheese, pasta or lasagna, and "cantucci biscuits" for dessert. A vegetarian menu is also provided, including vegetable crostini, tomato pasta, and salad.

Following lunch, travel to San Gimignano, known for its medieval towers. Explore the area at your own pace among the village's cobbled streets and squares, famous for its 14 surviving medieval towers.

The final stop is Pisa, where you will have one hour of free time to visit the Piazza dei Miracoli, which includes the Cathedral, Baptistery, Monumental Cemetery, and the Leaning Tower. Afterward, return to Florence.
