Santo Antônio de Lisboa Sunset Tour
At 5:30 pm, we will meet at Caminho dos Açores, in front of the church Nossa Senhora das Necessidades, to begin our sunset tour. This neighborhood has a strong Portuguese influence due to its history as a center of Azorean immigration.
We will walk along Rua das Pedras, one of the most picturesque streets in the historic center. A local legend claims that emperor Don Pedro II walked this way. We will also visit the church of Nossa Senhora das Necessidades, with a façade reminiscent of the grand Catholic churches of Portugal.
After our walk, we will proceed to the Beira Mar restaurant, where we will enjoy the sunset while sipping caipirinhas and tasting oysters.
Experience the breathtaking reddish, orange, and violet tones of the sunset enveloping the coastline, creating a romantic atmosphere. The tour concludes at the meeting point at 7:30 pm.
