Spend a day in the middle of Uruguay's beautiful countryside and enjoy a picnic at the El Ceibo Ranch in Florida. You will experience fantastic local food, traditional horseback riding, spectacular views of rivers and streams, and so much more.

Welcome to the El Ceibo Ranch! It is 10 am and a full day in the heart of the spectacular countryside awaits you, just 10 miles from central Florida.

Upon arrival, you will enjoy a full breakfast including coffee, tea, milk, bread, and homemade jams. You then have two plans to choose from: would you prefer a horseback ride or a guided tour of the ranch surroundings? The choice is yours!

After exploring the grounds for around one hour, we'll take a rest and recharge with a delicious aperitif consisting of homemade pizza, cheese, and a glass of wine. Then, when the meat has finished cooking over the firewood, we will enjoy the main course of the traditional lunch. The beef is served with delicious Uruguayan sauces, as well as salad, dessert, and a coffee or tea.

After eating, we'll take a walk through the beautiful countryside. You will encounter the region's magnificent cattle and stroll along the idyllic banks of the rivers and streams that cross El Ceibo. Finally, you have two hours of your own free time to continue exploring nature before the visit ends at 6 pm.

How Does It Work?

You will spend the full day at El Ceibo Ranch, starting with breakfast and choosing between a horseback ride or a guided tour. The day's itinerary includes exploring the ranch, enjoying an aperitif, having a traditional Uruguayan lunch, and taking a scenic walk through the countryside. You will also have free time to explore the nature surrounding El Ceibo.
