We will gather at the Tours or Amboise tourism offices at the designated time, prepared to embark on an unforgettable exploration of two iconic French châteaux. Our adventure begins at the magnificent Château de Chenonceau!
As we travel, take in the sights of quaint villages and the breathtaking scenery of the Loire Valley. Upon our arrival at Chenonceau, you’ll quickly understand why it holds the title of the second most visited castle in France.
With your guide’s captivating commentary, we will navigate through the castle’s rooms adorned with historical decor and art that transports you to the era of French royalty. Additionally, enjoy a leisurely walk through the remarkable gardens surrounding the castle.
If you opt for the lunch package, we will take you to the delightful private Château de Villesavin, where you can savor a homemade meal accompanied by a glass of local wine, followed by leisure time to discover the estate at your own rhythm.
Next, we will head to the Château de Chambord, an architectural wonder and historical landmark set in the enchanting Loire Valley. Your guide will facilitate an enlightening and enjoyable visit, highlighting significant rooms and sharing memorable stories.
After we unravel the mysteries of these mesmerizing castles, we’ll return to our departure points in Amboise or Tours, concluding our journey after approximately 8 to 9.5 hours.
