At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in La Fortuna and set off toward Arenal Volcano, essential for any visit to Costa Rica.

Upon arrival at the park, you'll be captivated by the view of the Arenal Volcano, rising almost 5,500 ft (1,670 meters) above the jungle. You will embark on a hiking route of just under 4 miles (6 km) to the base of the volcano, where you can choose to walk on the solid lava fields from the last eruption.

From this point, enjoy views of the Arenal Lake along with the diverse flora, fauna, and lava formations in the area. After the hike, you'll have some leisure time to relax or enjoy a meal.

Finally, we will return to your hotel in La Fortuna, concluding the tour after a total of 4 hours.

For those staying in hotels in downtown La Fortuna between the town center and Secondary National Route 142 to Tabacón, pickup and drop–off services are included.

If your hotel is outside this area, we will meet at the Volcano Travel CR offices located in El Jauuri de Peñas Blancas, La Fortuna.
