Mistico Park Hanging Bridges Tour

Dare to explore the canopy of the Costa Rican rainforest walking along the hanging bridges of the Arenal jungle. Choose to do the tour in the day or at night!

Tour Details

We'll meet at Mistico Park, the hanging bridges park in the province of Alajuela, at the time of your choice. This area is characterised by active volcanoes and tropical rainforests, and we'll get to discover them up close!

We'll make our way through the rainforest walking along 16 bridges, six of them hanging bridges, ranging in length from five to 100 metres long. Some of them are up to 60 metres above the ground! The 3-kilometre route will take us through the treetops of the Costa Rican jungle, giving us spectacular views of the magnificent Arenal Volcano, the second most active volcano in Costa Rica.

During the tour, we'll have the opportunity to learn more about the plants and wildlife of the rainforest thanks to our guide. If we're lucky, we might get to see red frogs, monkeys and tropical birds!

At the end of the 2.5-hour tour of the hanging bridges, we'll say goodbye at the exit of the park.

Opening Times

Mistico Park is open from 8 am to 2 pm, with guided tours leaving every hour. It is then open at 4:30 pm and 6 pm for special sunset and night tours. Which will you choose?

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You can choose between day or night tours, allowing you to experience the rainforest under different conditions. Guided tours are available every hour, and during the evenings, special tours for sunset or night exploration are offered.
