Quad Tour Details
After being picked up from your hotel at your preferred time, you'll set off for Arenal Volcano National Park, located just half an hour away from La Fortuna. Here, you'll hop on to your all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) to explore the wild jungle surrounding the Arenal Volcano, which last erupted in 2010.
As you bounce through the tropical landscapes on your quad bike, you'll be immersed in the incredible biodiversity of the rainforest. Drive down trails between the mountains, duck under exotic vegetation and admire the views of Arenal Volcano. As the volcanic crater towers above you at 5,500 feet (1,670 metres), enjoy panoramic views over the jungle and look out for native wildlife such as white-faced Capuchin monkeys and sloths.
The tour includes a stop at the Arenal River for a refreshing dip in its crystal-clear waters. Next, visit the Maleku Village to learn about the customs of the indigenous community of northern Costa Rica, followed by a picnic of tropical fruits to refuel after your adventure. Finally, return to your hotel in La Fortuna to conclude your excursion.
