Foz de Iguacu Free tour

At the designated time, we will meet at Rua Mal. Deodoro to commence the tour. Participants will learn about the history and attractions of the city, recognized for its waterfalls. The free tour of Foz de Iguacu includes informational sessions about iconic historical buildings and details about the colonization of the area, highlighting its cultural diversity with over 80 ethnicities and its location on a triple border with Brazil.

The tour will include walking along Avenida Jorge Schimmelpfeng, Avenida Brasil, and visiting the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, along with Bratolomeu Mitre Square and the school of the same name, which relates to the War of the Triple Alliance.

We will also visit the Senac Building, the first casino hotel, and Almirante Tamandaré Square, named after a significant figure from Foz. Additionally, we will discuss the Parana River, the natural border between Brazil and Paraguay, and enjoy a sunset at a viewpoint before concluding the tour after 2.5 hours.
